Yup, I finally finished a 3-D portfolio. I think it's my best stuff. I posted on my art blog(which I haven't updated in 82 weeks apparently) so go here to check it out.
"Drown the pain with cheap champagne. And wake me when it's time to go. I'm far to faded to celebrate it. This clock is moving way too slow. One more year like this one. I could never make it on my own."
(Clown Cars On Cinder Blocks, Dillinger Four)
I don't know man, I hope I have more then one shot, then again hope doesn't equal reality. So I'm gonna go with what I have and do my best.
"Letting the days go by/let the water hold me down. Letting the days go by/water flowing underground. Into the blue again/after the money's gone. Once in a lifetime/water flowing underground."
(Once in a Lifetime, Talking Heads)
Yup yup nothing new really. Just kinding weird since I can go up to the company next week and apply.
Simpsons movie tomorrow. WOO. Later.
"Summer swallowed us whole. Waited for you to come around. Every word you wrote. Down, we read it over to know. Would they believe in us now?"
(Close To Home, The Get Up Kids)
Well hopefully at least the portfolio bit will be cleared up soon. I have a few ideas I could start putting together. A drawback of doing an artist portfolio, you tend to gear it towards the company your applying to or what job your searching for. So it's kinda hard when you don't know either.
I take a bit of comfort in the fact that a few of my graduating friends are just as stuck as I am.
Night all.
"Don't you give up don't allow disaster. Don't you give up don't you let her win. We're talking about a forever after. Don't you give up don't you dare give in."
