I think it's Stickfigure Tim is a good addition for this very reason. Cause Cartoony Tim is the backboard for the "Real" Tim, so Stickfigure Tim serves as a backboard to Cartoony Tim. Even though it's a sort of antagonistic relationship I think they can play off each other.

According to IMDB Seagal and Van Damme turn it down while Snipes couldn't leave the country. It promises to be an old school shoot em up action movie. Ironically I'm more excited about the old school guys getting together then actually seeing the movie. While drawing the comic, I thought about Chuck Norris, but I don't think he'd fit in with this school of action star. Certainly he has the movies but I don't consider him apart of the group.
